Cancellation and Refund Policies
We accept major credit cards. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time. If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription product or access will be terminated. Contact the ZTeam at 800-255-9853 or email customerservice@planzdiet.com if you believe your access was terminated in error.
Unless specified in our cancellation and refund policies, all sales are final. Before you cancel, please review our policies in this guide.
Plan Z Diet
The Plan Z Diet contains a lot of individual pieces. It includes a manual, 6 bottles of the ZR50 Crave Control spray, daily coaching emails, membership access to the PlanZDiet.com website, and support via phone and email. The Plan Z Diet membership is a month-to-month subscription. Customers who ordered before 2/28/2023 had the option to finance the purchase and divide the cost into installment payments (financing charge may apply). We only offer refunds with a return and special circumstances. If you would like to return your diet, please contact the ZTeam at 800-255-9853 or email customerservice@planzdiet.com.
- If you ordered the Skeptic’s Agreement and you are within your first 9 days of the diet, we will send you a paid label for you to send everything back. Once we have received your materials, you will be issued a refund minus $135.
- If you did not order the skeptic’s agreement and your materials have not been used (Crave Control spray must be unopened), please return your materials to: Plan Z Diet, 1401 Williams St Ste 230, Chattanooga, TN 37408. The Crave Control spray does expire, so we can only accept returns for purchases made within 3 months of your purchase date.
- If you ordered under the Skeptic’s Agreement and are past day 9 of the diet, or if you did not order under the Skeptic’s Agreement please contact the ZTeam. We may be able to prorate your refund depending on your situation and how far along you are on the program. Please note that we cannot help everyone in every situation, and any credit or refund will be at our sole discretion.
If you purchased the Plan Z Diet prior to 2/28/2023 using an installment payment plan and your credit card expires or your payment method is otherwise invalid before your diet is paid in full, your payment plan will not automatically be terminated. If you have not returned the diet you will remain responsible for all charges.
Subscriptions for Returning Dieters
Note: Plan Z Diet subscriptions are independent from each other. This means canceling one service does not automatically cancel or refund your other subscriptions. However, you can change or cancel your subscriptions at any time. If you have questions about your order, please contact the ZTeam at 800-255-9853 or email customerservice@planzdiet.com.
ZClub Subscription (Returning Dieters)
ZClub purchases are regarded as firm. ZClub subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment term. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund in the future.
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order. All ZClub subscriptions are renewed automatically or until you cancel. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, please contact the ZTeam at 800-255-9853 or email customerservice@planzdiet.com. 30 days before your annual ZClub subscription renews, we will send you an email reminding you of your renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- Monthly Payments:
ZClub subscriptions paid monthly do not require a minimum commitment. When canceling a subscription paid monthly, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription outside of your commitment will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund, however your subscription access and/or accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period. - Annual Payments:
When canceling an annual ZClub subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
Recipes Only Subscription
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order. Recipe subscriptions are renewed automatically. In most cases, you will not be notified in advance of upcoming renewals, but you will be emailed a receipt after your payment has processed.
You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time. Your subscription access and/or accompanying subscriber benefits will continue until the end of your billing period.
Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not received one, contact us by calling the ZTeam at 800-255-9853 or by emailing customerservice@planzdiet.com. We review every refund request we receive and aim to respond within two business days.
If you have not received a refund you are expecting, but it has been fewer than 10 business days, the refund may still be processing. Although we process approved refunds as soon as we can, they can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
